Hit and Miss Customer Service. It all comes down as to who is working that shift when you as a customer come in to shop. Some of the employees are sullen, distant, aloof, and could literally care less. They are dullards. They don’t want to be there and IT SHOWS. They don’t say hi. They don’t say thank you. They don’t smile. They don’t look you in the eye. Now let’s be honest. This is Harrison AR. The work pool to choose from is NOT a good one. People fall into two groups here—- the high school educated locals with no ambition and few career goals. The other half are the ones with better jobs and more money who drive around in their SUV’s , going to church so they can pretend to be Christians and pontificate hate and judgement while saying “Have a Blessed Day.”. So I feel sorry for the managers at DG who have a bad work pool and judgmental customers . I DO Hope Dollar General stays around and does well so they take as much business as they can from Walmart.

The guy with the beard is rude and unprofessional whoever his boss is he must be ignorant to the fact that his workers are running costumers off

I haven't been to that Dollar general in a long time and when I do return back I get treated the way I do! I was overcharged and I came back to get the money and they didn't even apologize for doing that to me! I know accidents happen and stuff but when is their fault for doing that to people they should at least apologize for it! If I didn't look on my receipt to know that they did that to me I wouldn't even got the money back that they took! I'm a mother of 3 so every bit of money counts! I should have checked my receipt before leaving but I was in a rush so I didn't have time! I wouldn't have made a big deal about it until I didn't get my apology from them! I don't have a vehicle so I had to pay gas for someone to take me back to get treated the way I did! I would have forgave them if they apologize and treated me better when I returned but they was all jerks! The other issue is before I got a ride to get my money back from them I was trying to get ahold of them by the phone number that was on the website but no one answered and I called a couple of times! I never had an issue with any other Dollar general besides this one especially when you're trying to get a hold of them and no one answers! I will not be returning and I'm going to tell all my family and friends not to ever come to this store again!

The store was very clean the employees very polite and helpful very helpful everything was in order there all of their items and mostly stocked prices aren't bad they could improve in time but I'll keep going back because I know who will help me when I need help
