    The worst dealership I've ever encountered the service department is inept, rude and just plain ignorant. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Truly!!!! Oh and if you're thinking of buying a bronco go to Springfield and save 4000 dollars!

    The woman at the service desk was very rude and very to the point. I was appalled at her attitude towards me. Service department needs a course in people skills and professionalism
