Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!They sale damaged vehicles that aren’t worth what you pay down on them. They do not disclose the fact that they have been in major car accidents and have even been caught on fire. Then refuse to make it right when it is discovered. They say they are understanding and will work with you….. also not true. They are rude and demanding. All they are after is $$$. And they will fraud you to get it. I wouldn’t even put one star but google made me.

Said they fixed my car charged me $4000 and put the wrong part in. If you buy a car from them, you'd better buy a good pair of walking shoes.

Buyer beware. Within 2 days of purchasing a truck from there, it broke down and the transmission had to be replaced. Contacted the owner, and he was very unprofessional. He basically stated that since I had paid in full, he wasn’t going to help. Filed complaint with BBB as well. Although this was 2 years ago, I still feel the need to warn others. I was a single mom and stated that I needed a reliable vehicle. At the time, they verbally stated it was a great truck that would last. The transmission fluid had been changed recently, according to the shop I took it to to have it replaced. There were metal shavings in the bottom. It is unknown whether it was this company or the one they bought it from at auction. I have learned my lesson, but would not recommend them to anyone.

They were great about payments and getting me into my car. So thankful for them. I only gave a 3 star because I bought my car on a weekend so main office had closed before I could get my tags. No big deal. But I had to fill with gas to get home and found the problem. My gas pump had rotted and the smell of gas overwhelmed me. When I went in to get my tags after the weekend, I mentioned it. They sent me up to their garage to have it looked at, found the problem and fixed it. I was not told I would be paying for it, and it was never mentioned to me until 3 months before my last payment. Nothing was said. Now that I have made my last payment it has been brought to my attention that I still owe more than my car payment for "just parts" plus interest. Would have been nice to be told I was getting charged almost 300, because I would have gotten out cheaper buying the part and doing it ourselves. Communication is key...

Poor customer service. I called twice, emailed twice, stopped by your lot 3 times. Notified you and the office personnel in person, that I was interested in one of the vehicles on the lot. Was told it needed some repairs and would be contacted. Weeks later, no call, no contact whatsoever. Bought a vehicle elsewhere. You need some help in your customer service skills as they are non-existent at this point!

We found a car we liked in our price range, and assumed at least a safety check had been done before being set for sale. We were very mistaken. We made a 75 mile drive and found out after the car sounded as though it was falling apart that the front end was in dangerous condition, struts, control arm, outer tie rods, idler arm, all in very worn and very bad condition to the tune of $3000.00If you are considering purchasing from Yeager please do not do so until you have the car checked out by a trusted mechanic.

If you find a car you want from Yeager, do not buy it until you have a mechanic check it out. We barely drove our car at all before finding out the front end was gone, if we had been on a high speed highway we easily could have lost control and been killed. We wrongly assumed Yeager at least checked their cars out before putting them for sale. Bare minimum do a safety check! A local business should care more about their neighbors safety than to not do anything but give it a bath and shove it out the door. Will never purchase from them again sadly.

Worst experience ever! I'm on my 4th car which broke down in 22 hours. Lost my job! 3 people hung up on me when I called today. It's been 3 days and no word. Very unprofessional. I am stuck now! Got all my money and havnt even looked at the car. I've given them alot of money too be treated so poorly. Will not be back after this car!!! Today is one week since my car broke down. They will not let me have my car. Said they repoed. After 1200.00 down and had it 22 hours. Payment isn't due til March 15th
