Great place! Only problem was that they only have biscuits and gravy on weekends and it’s the best I’ve had! We were not there on the weekend this time!Nearby activities: Great little tourist town, nice shopping, winter isn’t the best time to go but we had fun any.

Room was clean but outdated and definitely not worth $113 to be in the room less than 6 hours and get back on the road. Room 118 had a huge disabled person's shower chair in the bathroom which was gross. If a person needs one they can request it but very tacky to leave it for everyone. Also, room 118 is in the middle of 2 massive and bright lights on the outside of the building. Yes there were curtains but didn't block out the lights. The drive and parking lot is completely covered with packed ice from the recent weather, had not been plowed and it snowed over a week ago. The biscuits and gravy was a great addition to to the continental breakfast. The staff was nice and friendly but over all not worth the price. I didn't realize there were other, less expensive places about 10 minutes further up the road.

Room 118. It was clean. The mattress on the queen bed is extremely soft and does not offer much back support. It needs to be replaced. The bathroom is the major problem. It was clean. HOWEVER, the toilet emptied extremely slow after flushing. This morning it came within a half an inch from overflowing. There is a rust stain where the water pipe comes out of the wall. The shower drained extremely slowly. I expect a shower to drain properly. Standing in water is gross and I will not use a shower that is so poorly maintained. Who knows what else is going on with the plumbing. I paid $104 for one night in this place. I expect better for that amount of money. I will not stay here again & based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility to other travelers.Rooms: See my comments above.

I hate to put a bad review on a business, but I feel that I must warn people. I have stayed here twice and planned to stay here in the future, because I own land in the area. This place puts a 250.00 dollar hold on your credit card. It's a red flag, but not a deal breaker. They kept 25 dollars of that money. I called late in the evening and the nice lady at the desk thinks they charged me for a towel. I did tractor work on my land, and got duty. I used a towel that got dirt on it. The laundry should have no problem cleaning that towel. this place was clean, nice staff, and decent breakfast. I will not return to this place. They lost, what would have been a long-term customer. Over 25.00 dollars.

This hotel was great for a small town. We stayed here on our route home and it did not disappoint. Google will have you pass it if you're not paying attention, one driveway in so slow down and you will find it. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. The breakfast was a continental style but with a pancake machine which was cool. Coffee was minimal, they could use maybe a second pot IMO, but was not a problem. We only stayed one night so couldn't enjoy the pool.

Booked several rooms here for a family reunion and upon arriving are informed there is a $250 deposit for each room!!! Glad we all brought an extra $250 with us or we wouldn’t have been able to stay in our rooms we booked! It gets refunded but it should have been in bold print at the top of our reservation instead of tiny print all the way at the bottom. We’ve stayed here a few times when in the area and always enjoyed but will be our last time!Edit: staff was great, breakfast was great, kids enjoyed the pool so I’m giving you a little better rating than at first but still not happy with the $250 deposit per room. Should have been brought up in the several conversations my wife had with y’all before we came!

If you like to park Far away or really close, this huge parking lot is right up your alley. Located just blocks away from downtown Hardy that has many businesses. Close amenities include restaurants, a post office, Dollar General, a grocery store, a liquor store, a bank and of course, the river. This is a great place to stay if you are with your family or just need a night's rest from driving. It has a quaint indoor swimming pool and a nice dining section with continental breakfast options. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very affordable. Staff is friendly, informative and very helpful with any need.

Will not return...unless having a kids birthday party since this place will not enforce the rule of having to be a guest to use the pool....just book 1 room and then you can let all your party guests and their family into the pool area. Then party on until the pool closes at 9pm! No time restrictions! Bring your own cake, food, drinks and don't give a thought about any other guests who might want to enjoy the pool. The staff certainly don't!When we checked in we thought we would enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, but by check in time (3pm) the pool was full with their 2nd birthday party of the day and remained so until after 9:30pm when I gave up and took a bath. The breakfast was a joke. They had a pancake machine (ok if you like the thin frozen pancakes), biscuits and gravy, cereal, some prepackaged danishes, coffee, OJ. Not even a hard boiled egg or any protein. The room was clean - that's where the good ended. The bed squeaks so loudly every time you move (this was due to the base, so had to move the mattress to the floor in order to sleep). Walls are thin and the staff puts guests on top of and right next to all other guests, even when their are only 8 full rooms out of 20 available. So expect lots of noise from kids running up and down the stairs and through the halls, loud bangs that wake you up, and hearing your neighbors phone calls, TV, shower while in your room.

Excellent hotel. Clean, large room, great shower, soft towels, great coffee and breakfast, a Great value. Very short walk to 2 excellent restaurants. Better than most mid-tier national hotel chains.
