“One of the best shops I've been too. Staff is very kind/easy to work with on appointments. Caleb is super knowledgeable and helpful. They did a service on my F250 transfer case, and 10R140, as well as a deeper pan upgrade. I heard they were the best for 10 speeds, and now I agree 100%.”
“I just had my 2020 RAV4 repair it after a collision. My car was in the passenger side wheel and door. I sustain severe suspension damage add partial damage to the frame. . Overall my service was outstanding. The parts for OEM. They dealt with my insurance. My collision was the other parties fault they took responsibility. My car drives better than before the accident. I dealt with the local shops in Conway they were either too busy what shop I try to go to show me that they could get me in right away. My advice is if you live in Conway just make the extra trip to go to Greenbrier collision center. The turnaround of service was much faster. I did not have to wait months for them to start. They were able to start it right away. I was struggling to get halter's body shop to acknowledge it was not safe to drive. Greenbrier collision center confirmed it was not safe to drive which helped with my insurance. And closing

“Randy is awesome me and my wife hit a deer which bent the front passenger fender back causing the front passenger door not to open. Had him fix the front of the hood as well. Repainted new fender repainted the hood fixed the broken trim for the rocker panel he done a fabulous job. I'm so thankful me an my wife had randy to do the work. You take your vehicle to randy you will not be disappointed Thank you randy .”

“Mr. Barkley had very good customer service. He did not patronize me, which I was worried about since I am a young woman. They got me in in less than a week, diagnosed my problem and made a plan to fix it the same day despite having lots of other cars there, and fixed it within a reasonable time frame. The problem with my brakes is completely gone now.”
“While vacationing near the small rural community of Clinton Arkansas, our diesel pusher motor home engine broke a belt, and suddenly overheated. Thankfully we were very near our destination for the day and contacted a local Dodge dealer to assist us. The dealership located the parts we needed and had them overnighted to us. Unfortunately, they were not able to install the parts to make the repair and recommended Future Maintenance Services to us. I called and spoke to Richard Manning, the company president, and he assured me that they were quite capable of making the repair in place at our RV site. The next day a mechanic, Thomas came out to install the parts and later he and Richard came to finalize the repair. They had to replace the A/C compressor, the serpentine belt, and serviced the A/C refrigerant. Thank you, Richard and Thomas. We are now back on the road and confident that the repairs were performed perfectly.”

“I made a huge mistake and pumped DEF in my diesel tank . The truck shut down just about immediately. I had it towed into Ferrell and he and all his guys stopped what they were doing and jumped on my truck. In 45 min. he had the tank off, drained, cleaned, fuel pump flushed, filters replaced, blew out the lines and back together. Truck started up and is clear of all DEF. Highly recommend Ferrell Diesel Services.”

“i needed to haul a couple loads of cattle to the processor on Thursday. on sunday, i hooked up my trailer to make sure it was ready to roll. when i stepped on the floor, i noticed a soft spot under my rubber mat. i knew this could be dangerous for 1000lb steers!!! monday morning i called CALICO and explained my situation. they told me to bring my trailer in. since i was 3 hrs away, they said they would repair it while i waited so i wouldnt have to make 2 trips!!! wow!!! if this isn't customer service then i dont know what is!!!??? 3 hour drive down...3 hour complete floor replacement...3 hour drive back home and im ready to haul cattle as scheduled in a SAFE TRAILER!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CALICO!!! AAA+++ on your service and products...i am well satisfied and extremely impressed!!!”
