1 1/2 hours to get 15 pallets unloaded, I would be embarrassed, the supervisor in the plywood loading needs to get their forklifts to pick up the pace, ridiculous

Not too bad, only waited about an hour to get loaded and the employees were very nice.I did wind up waiting alongside three other trucks for about two hours because some driver was taking his sweet time in the tarping shed though. We’re all out here together doing the same job, and have the same deadlines.Be considerate to one another, please

This company refused to ensure my package would be delivered before valentines day, this outrageous series of events led to my wife leaving me. The fact that I could not provide sufficient wood was my downfall, and this is all because Georgia-Pacific could not supply the good good.I cannot believe this, and I will be messaging my friends to help supply the wood next time. Thank you, and goodnight. XX

Be sure to have a hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses on before going to the shipping office. Otherwise you’ll have to walk to the guard shack and get used Ppe. The lady in the lumber shipping office is quite rude she almost acts like you owe her something. Serious attitude problem. It was quick to load. They have a scale on site. No overnight parking is available. Nearest truck stop is about 5-10 miles away (north fork truck stop. I-30 exit 63 plenty of truck parking available.

I have pickup here twice once a load of plywood second time a load of lumber. From check in time until I was loaded and leaving 4 1/2 hrs to load plywood. Second time 1 hr total for a load of lumber. No overnight parking available. Southfork truck stop about 5 miles away on I-30. There’s only 1 dock to load plywood, three docks loading lumber. If your load # 372 it’s a lumber load, 335 Plywood.

As a truck driver, I was a little worried after reading other reviews regarding how long this place takes to load. However, this was not my experience - it was a little hard to figure out where to go, but once I found my way to the right loading area, the forklift operators were good and got me loaded and rolling quickly!!

Loading lumber here isn’t bad. It’s kinda difficult to find your area for flatbeds but I had a few trucks in front on me and still got loaded and out in about 1 hour. I’m not sure how the ply wood works. But lumber is fairly quick and decent friendly people. Trucker friendly for sure.
