Buying a house is an important proposition so an Inspection is very important. There's many good things to like about Clearview Inspections: responsiveness, on time, thorough and he is a man of integrity. The report was sent the NEXT day filled with pictures, clear explanations, recommendations for repairs and listed in order of importance. Top of the line customer service was given by Mark Dewberry. I have had to use his inspection services twice recently and have been 100% satisfied with the results. He arrived and started both jobs on time. Not only are his inspections thorough and clear, he is easily assessable both before and after the inspection process for follow up questions or any clarity you may need. The reports he produces are more comprehensive than any I have received before. I would strongly refer him to my family, friends and anyone else seeking a home inspection.

Mark has been absolutely amazing! His inspection on the home we are looking to purchase was incredibly thorough and informative and whenever i have had a question along the way about anything or just curious about tips on fixing certain things he has been so quick to respond and patient to explain things in great detail so that i can feel confident in the knowledge of what is needed to make this home the safest it can be. I think that Mark Dewberry of Clearwater Inspections performed a very through and professional inspection of my house when I was looking for the condition of a house to purchase. He was prompt and created a report that was very detailed. I was 400 miles away and appreciate the time he put into making my home buying experience less stressful. The many picture he took helped me see exactly what he was talking about. Also the personal phone call helped me to understand the items that I did not personally understand about the report. The cost was very reasonable and was performed when scheduled. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking or needing accurate and informative inspection of their home.

Mark was very professional and very detailed at the inspection he conducted. I have bought and sold many properties in my time, and he was the best Inspector that I have dealt with. He was very informative and provided good recommendations as well. His final report was detailed displayed very professionally including all of the pictures.
When I buy or sell in the future, I will be calling Clearview Inspections.
