The kids they have working here have apparently never been taught to use simple hand tools. If you buy anything from here that was put together by the employees, take it back apart and do it the right way. Bought a garden cart and bolts were on backward, nuts were just finger tight. Had different size bolts on the same piece. What happened to a time when southern boys could use a wrench and a screwdriver.UPDATE: Went to return the item and they had to scramble for the money for the return. What kind of chain store leaves their people so unprepared. I made a comment to the manager about having a safe and she said they do but have to keep a certain amount of money in it which makes no sense. I guess they have money that they're not allowed to use for customer service.

I love this store!! I buy all of my chickens' needs here, plus a whole lot more. I could spend all day in there! I never have to hunt a clerk down if I have a question or need, & they are always willing to help, not just point me to a direction & leave me on my own, but actually assist me.

What a shi* store manager “Michele” so I guess telling your customers you don’t have time for them right now and that you’ll also be too busy the rest of the day is okay. Also the yelling in the store with a line of people at the register when someone was trying to get a refund … I guess it’s too hard for you to do your job? Not sure but I hope they fire her and get someone maybe with some people skills …..

Diane and Jennifer were extremely helpful in our purchase of a small trailer. Also they honored the lower online price. They provide price comparisons as well. It's a win win place to shop with award winning staff.

Had a delivery there today the girl who unloaded us Ashley she was awesome. Super sweet girl who knew her job and did it well.. There also was a woman cashier that had dark hair and she also was very helpful. My husband ended up leaving his phone in the bathroom and she held it by her register until we got there. What a great experience shopping and delivering there..also store and bathroom was extremely clean and well organized

Always helpful and friendly. Great community involvement. Just rescued a new pet unexpectedly and was given tons of great tips and tricks for providing a happy, healthy home to our new pet. Definitely recommend!!

First time we've been to Tractor Supply. We went in for a specific large item, found a manager and told them what we needed and where it was. She asked if we took a picture of it so she could take the product number to the front. No. Asked if we wanted to buy it that day, and if we were sure. I'm not sure why she acted that way. She got it and we walked around about 10 minutes to give her time to get it up to the front in a virtually empty store. Went to pay and asked the aloof young man if he could ring us up. He said he didn't have the number and went back to chilling. A few minutes later the manager walked up eating candy and gave him the number. We paid for it and he asked if we needed help loading it (over 600lbs), and said he didn't know how they could load it. Didn't know how to load it with the forklift but figured it out. We will stick with Atwood's for our more regular purchases.

Not a good place to shop. Some of the prices were wrong at the register (higher) very long checkout lines.

I have been searching for a belt for my lawn mower and I didn’t know what I was doing I called greenwood tractor supply. They didn’t have a change over for me and didn’t carry my part Howe’s DYLAN went above and beyond to locate a part for me and in less than five minutes. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!
