THE single worst Murphy's I have been to, Everytime I go the pumps never work right. Put my card in and the screen just sits there. Doesn't ask for my pin or anything. I have to cancel numerous time and re-enter my card and it's not one pump it's all of them. I'm just going to stay going to Casey's it's not worth the .03 cents I save running all over trying to find a Murphy's that actually has pumps that work.

Never fails, you wait forever and they generally still get it wrong. Paid for gas and they never rear pump, waited and asked about it, waited another 5 minutes said something again and finally after waiting for them to finish what they were doing outside and wait on a customer did they reset it, 15 minute wait for $15 gas and business was steady but not busy, ridiculous

I grew up in Greenwood area, and went to school here from kindergarten to graduation. Knowing so many people here makes it easier and better to work at #6896. Everyone pretty much are good southern laid-back polit people! On top of that I couldn't wish for a better group of women to be a team with!!!

Went to get gas and I got it. They have a wonderful array of items ranging from Cokes to candy bars and beyond. Also, they have clean (or at least they were when I left them) public restrooms. Stop by and tell them that I sent you. It won't get you a discount or anything other than a funny look of bepuzzlement. But it will give us both something to laugh about, thanks.

Friendly cashier, Richard, helped me figure out which cigarettes my wife smokes (not a smoker but she is haha), and very professional as well. I wish all gas stations had cashier's like him.

On Friday afternoon a blonde headed cashier "Carolyn or Carol" refused to accept my coupon because my wife was holding the phone. That was 1.50 coupon too. She demanded an ID from my wife but pointed out her I'D was expired mine wasn't but she still refused to sell me cigerets. Im 46 years old. Seriously!!!!? Today, same lady working , I bought two packs of marlboro special blend full flavor 100s and two quick strike drinks and a 1.39 slim Jim and didn't catch the overcharge.... it was over $22.00. Ogh.... I wasn't asked for my ID either. I am on a crusade to enlighten people regarding services rendered.

Their parking lot is very tiny. Their busiest time during the week are Fridays from 3 to 6 so when do they have Pepsi delivered 330 on a Friday. I along with 7 other vehicles were forced to sit and wait on a Pepsi truck to very slowly move his stacks of Pepsi out of the way for us to get through. It took 15 minutes for him to move 2 stacks of bottled drinks and he had a Dolly. Also the 2 Murphy employees in their yellow vest were there standing outside smoking the whole time as usual. A quick note on the gas prices they're always 10 to 14 cents higher than Fort Smith so if you're going North anyways you might as well fill up in Fort Smith and save a couple dollars.

Clean bathroom and nice workers in the store. Didn't even have to wait a long time to check out with 5 others in front of us.
