They had two people their one receiving a service the other waiting and my two daughters and I went in wanting our nails done and the lady asked what we wanted I told her and she said she was busy and I asked if we could wait kinda shocked I’ve never had someone turn down a service and she told us no. Surely I’m missing something. It was just very rude why ask what we want knowing you aren’t about to service us.

Got a pedicure on Friday. It’s Sunday and I’m still having bleeding off and on. The lady was pretty rough when doing my nails and the shape of my toenails is awful. She even yelled at a lady who was sitting next to me! She didn’t say a single word to me other than asking what color I wanted. She kept jerking my foot around when working on my toes. I’ll never go back. This is what I get for cheating on my normal nail place.

My nails were done at Diamond first… then they chipped.. then I was told to come in anytime for a repair.. showed up three different times and they were “too busy” on my 4th time in, they couldn’t find my polish. So I went here, to KT and the woman who did my nails was very nice and repaired my nails and did a fill. I was/am impressed! This is her little puppy ? and a pic of my nails.

I walked in the lady was extra rude and asked me what I wanted. She didn’t understand me the first time so she repeated herself more aggressively. When she finally understood me , she told me it would be 1 hour. I left because it was obvious we were not going to get along. Don’t waste your time going to this shop. It would be a waste of money due to the bad customer service. If there was a thumbs down option, I would surely give this business that rating, very disappointed.

This is my favorite nail place in the area; my mom and I go often. Mary is kind, and she’s good at what she does. She does listen to YouTube on her phone during the appointments, but it has never gotten in our way. She’s a good listener. If I were in her position, I think I’d want something to listen to as well.Does a thorough job getting your feet nice and soft. Cuts cuticles and gets everything looking great and the prices are great.Service: Pedicure

My fingers hurt for 3 days after my visit to have a manicure. My own natural nails. All she had to do was paint them.Maybe if she wasn't focused on her phone she could have been easier to communicate with.I will never return.

New to the area. Tried to find a place for manicures and pedicureset before a vacation. And I will attach pictures. My toe got cut open and 3 days later it is largely infected. Hopefully it does not ruin my vacation. Will not return. Be careful to watch their cleaning practices. Did not see any cleaning even after my blood was everywhere.Services: Pedicures

A one star job really but the paint job is really good so an extra star for that. My toes hurt for 4 days afterwards. There was blood. She was watching TV on her phone the whole time.
