I started my gym membership 2 months ago. They have a great staff, the club is always clean. I love the 24-hour access. I usually go after 7:00 and there's hardly anybody there. I always have access to the weights and the treadmills. I would highly recommend it. Especially for a household plan. My three kids and I can go for $55 a month.

It’s small and dusty. There are a lot of kids in groups on the weekends. They also don’t have many classes and yoga dropped off a couple of years ago. It’s worth the drive to Fort Smith to go to a different gym.

When moving to GW 5 years ago, I joined GAC & CrossFit. Not only has my health improved drastically, I’ve met the best group of people! True encouragers. The staff is top notch. I love the classes they offer. They have showers and provide everything you need if you’re working out and need to get ready quickly to head somewhere. They have tanning. And child care - the child care workers are the best and I’m thankful I can Leave my kids there knowing they’re safe and I don’t have to stress during my workout.the office staff has worked with me anytime i need to make a change to my account or with payment questions!I’m very happy with this gym. 5 stars from me
