I have been with Farmers Bank, approximately 45-50 years. My dad was one of the first depositors when Means first opened Farmers on the corner of Main Street. They have always been there for my family. I cannot see me using any other bank.

I’ve banked several years with farmers and the customer service is top notch. I also love how they are heavily invested in the local Greenwood community and is always a willing partner to sponsor events within the community. If you want a bank with that personal small-town feel, Farmers is your place to bank.

I was not happy. My family sent me a cashiers check and I couldn’t get anyone to cash it. I went to farmers to start a savings account.. not checking, just savings and since my x took my debit card and maxed me out.. over $900 in overdraft fees.. it was in MY name so I took the hit while it’s settled. So, due to that, I couldn’t open a simple savings account. To the woman that “helped” me, Rochelle (don’t hold me to that being the right name) a person is more than one incident, more than one circumstance and definitely more than a mistake someone else made but hey, thank you for showing me where I don’t want to bank. ⭐️ I wish zero was an option.

This bank shut my son's account down after having a $0 balance. He had a balance of $60, which he moved into his CashApp account. I was going to transfer money into his account but online it said it was closed. I called the bank and was told that if you have a $0 balance for 2 weeks, it automatically closes the account. The lady on the phone even confirmed that he had money in the account on April 12 and that the account was closed for a $0 balance on April 28th. Will definitely be moving all of my accounts to another bank.

I’ve been with them for many years and haven’t had any issues well due to a miscommunication with my insurance payment and their system not updating charges properly, I over-withdrew my account. They are extremely ridiculous with their fees and I’ve never dealt with a bank being so non understanding. We will be going elsewhere.
