Greenland Arkansas location.Joe can be a testy little thing when he has to work too hard! I’ll take my packages elsewhere to ship, since I have inconvenienced him so badly. Government jobs must suck as unhappy as he gets over little things. I miss the lady that used to be there. No drama.

I’m a very big “the customer is NOT always right” person, and I support employees standing up for themselves when a customer is disrespectful and rude, but the guy working here came out way too rude from the jump. He was trying to watch the Razorback game, which I fully support, but he was obviously super impatient with us being there and he snatched the label from my girlfriends hands. Come on dude you’re at work. Do your job, then you can do what you want.

They close at 11:45 we came in at 11:10 (plenty of time to drop of a package) the man working with a backwards hat was watching the Razorback game and we had to be loud to try and get his attention. He was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. I asked for tape to try and tape my package and he grabbed my package and said he didn’t have time that he would just do it but not in a nice way.
