I usually always have a good experience at this store , but this morning there was a man working there that was absolutely the rudest person , not helpful at all when asked questions , he was so rude !!! He had a beard , but didn’t get his name , I was so upset by his attitude I left

This is by far the most horrible set of employees and managers I have ever encountered, they will try and sell broken parts to you along with not telling you they cancelled your special order parts until you get there to pick it up. Whilst laughing about it the whole time/could be a nervous laugh but in all reality they've been screwing me around for 3 weeks on the same part. Very disrespectful set of individuals. Sad to see this on the greenbrier community.
