I just had my 2020 RAV4 repair it after a collision. My car was in the passenger side wheel and door. I sustain severe suspension damage add partial damage to the frame. . Overall my service was outstanding. The parts for OEM. They dealt with my insurance. My collision was the other parties fault they took responsibility. My car drives better than before the accident. I dealt with the local shops in Conway they were either too busy what shop I try to go to show me that they could get me in right away. My advice is if you live in Conway just make the extra trip to go to Greenbrier collision center. The turnaround of service was much faster. I did not have to wait months for them to start. They were able to start it right away. I was struggling to get halter's body shop to acknowledge it was not safe to drive. Greenbrier collision center confirmed it was not safe to drive which helped with my insurance. And closing
Greenbrier collision center did it on standing job.

Communication with Amber is top notch. She told me to call every few days and when I did, she gave me a full update. The work done on my 2021 Expedition (rear bumper, lift gate, wheel, quarter panel, and door) looks as good as new! They returned my car to me cleaner than it arrived.

Best Collison center ever!! They were so helpful with everything I needed. Went above and beyond. Even fixed a dent I didn’t mention to them. Made my car look brand new. Great customer service and made sure it was affordable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

These people may do good work, but I wouldn’t know because they never called me to set up an appointment after the estimate. I called Troy multiple times to set up an appointment to only be pushed off and told I was the next one and that he would call me soon. Now it’s been 3 months later and still have received no phone call from them. If you’re wanting good customer service here this probably isn’t the right place.
