I've been with cricket for many years. This is definitely the best store I've been to. My phone completly crashed on me the other day. So I needed to get another one asap. I needed help because I know very little about phones. Tyler was the best!! He took his time explaining the phones and the differences between them. He helped me decide on the right phone for me. He also answered all my questions, which were many btw. There was a coworker there who was also very nice and friendly and the store was clean. What more can you ask for lol This is the only cricket store I will go to. Hope this helps and good luck!
