Blaine and staff are always amazing, patient, and empathetic with me and my animals. I’ve been using this clinic for 15+ years and still make the drive even after moving 2 hours away. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies.

In person, everything always works out great with this clinic, but over the phone the receptionist is always so mean to me. I'm a new client so I'm just trying to figure out their procedures for certain things on my cats, and she's always so disrespectful about it. They might be dumb questions for her but I don't know every clinic's procedures so it's so uncalled for. The prices are really pricey too but it's usually worth it

I believe this facility is not right for us. We had to have our dog put down today, and this was the place recommended to us by AC. Guy doing the most of the work was not respectful with our dog and didn't bother to think about how we were feeling or our wishes for our dog's last little bit. All it seemed like anyone employed and working a shift today was the check for putting our dog down. I will NEVER take an animal here for their wellbeing EVER again.

1st time visit with my 10 wk old American Bully XL. I was very pleased by all staff members and Doc your the best. You took your time explaining thing's to me and you are very personable. I waited a couple of years before I decided to get my other part of the family.
I went in just to look around, and right in front of me was my next child.
The grounds were very clean. The employees were there from the love that they had for all of the little ones there.
There was tons of paperwork to fill out, but I'm glad that you have to go through this part, so it shows them how sincere you actually are.
I pray that God continues to bless this company throughout our nation and even further ?.
He went in for his shots it took just a matter of a few minutes, and then he was ready.
As stated above, he was an orphan that God gave me the pleasure to be with.

People like Dr. Blaine that works here are absolute heroes in my book. He saved my dogs life after he got hit by a car, scheduled a specialized surgeon for him, and is now meeting me on a Sunday in Sub Zero temperatures to meet with me about my dog showing possible signs of poisoning. I called him late last night regarding it and I decided to wait it out through the night, my dog didn't sleep last night, and he called ME back this morning to check on the boy. My dog is truly my best friend, can't say enough good things about this place - God Bless this man.

Everyone at Town & Country is so caring and companionate. Offering support and guidance to pet owners and excellent medical aid to your pet. I especially liked that Dr Andrew’s looked at the cause of the problem and did not just offer a quick solution. And Crystal in reception is so very caring and understanding. Plus the communication is clear, concise, very timely and delivered with patience and compassion.You guys are the very best!Thank you
