I originally had some work done with Jimmy a few years ago and he’s always been my go to with any car problems. He’s quick, reliable, affordable, and has the best customer service I’ve seen at a shop. He’ll walk you through the problems, pricing, parts, and is always willing to work with you and give his recommendations. He’s very knowledgeable and has never had problems fixing something on my car. Genuine guy who will take care of you and is 10x better than any dealership.

Do you like Nicholas Cage? Do you like punk music and BMX bikes? Do you like having a mechanic who can bring a vehicle back from the dead? If you said "yes," to one or all of these questions, then look no further than RDCSN. I was told by another car shop that my motor was dead and would require a $10k - $12k motor swap to get it running again. A friend had been using Jimmy for a while and said "give this guy a call," so I did. Jimmy DROVE to my house, looked at my vehicle and said "Your motor probably isn't dead, and I bet I can fix it." No sooner had he said those words, I was off to his shop. Turns out, he was absolutely right, and identified SEVERAL things the previous car shop did wrong, i.e., overtighten bolts, use the wrong spark plugs, break my manifold because of improper installation, unresolved oil leak, etc. etc. Jimmy fixed all of it, and he even fixed my loose door panel without telling me at no extra charge - sneaky good service right there. Couldn't recommend him enough, and in fact, do recommend him to everyone who has car trouble. 10/10, 5-stars.

Jimmy took care of me when I needed a good set of tires that didn't completely wipe me out. Highly recommend him & his shop. He won't steer you wrong.

Quick reliable service. Got the brakes and rotors done on my car. Getting an appointment is super easy and they respond quickly when you message them. Kimmy and his staff are knowledgeable and do great work.

Jimmy goes above and beyond and is incredibly thorough in every project he has tackled for me. He serviced, repaired, and installed parts on my diesel truck, at a far more affordable price and faster timeline than any local diesel shop. He addressed installation issues with parts and went out of his way to ensure quality and reliability beyond his scope of work. Go to NWA mechanic on anything from routine maintenance all the way to full builds.

Jimmy of RDCSN Automotive is unlike any mechanic I have ever known. There is no task too difficult for him. His diagnostic skills are truly impressive. He is easy to talk to, welcoming and always willing to listen to his customers. He explains the issues at hand with ease and in a way that makes sense to someone who doesn't work on cars. You won't find a more comfortable shop to visit to get your repairs done at.

Finding a trustworthy and reputable auto mechanic can be rough. Thankfully one of the last things you will have to worry about here. The owner has helped me with multiple cars throughout the years and will always be my go to when it's something I can't handle. From basic service work, to full engine overhaul, to after market and performance upgrades he has dealt with it all and is never satisfied until the work is done right. I really can't recommend him and his business enough!

Knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I drive a 2019 Suburban that is not only a family/rugby road trip vehicle, but also my daily office for work. When I first went to Jimmy, I told him I wanted to make sure this vehicle would run like new until I decided it was time for something new. I have had no issues and anytime something does come up between scheduled maintenance he is quick to get me in and take care of it. He doesn't push for thing to be done if they don't need to be, and communicates very well on what future things we need to plan on addressing. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to have to worry about getting a fair shake when dealing with anything automotive.
