I have used Mount Pleasant Automotive for over a year now. I am very pleased with all the services they have provided. They are a trustworthy, timely and respectful shop. I request specific things and can trust that they will deliver. I work on the road with my truck needing to be dependable. If I have a concern they have been great at diagnosising the issue and getting me back on the road as soon as they can. My most recent repair brought my truck back to like new and makes me happy that I have a great shop that my family can depend on.

My wife had her oil changed on her Camry. They sold her a “new” oil filter housing because the factory housing broke. I changed the oil next and it took ALL OF MY STRENGTH to remove this aluminum filter housing and drain plug. When I finally removed it the inner spring assembly fell apart. I replaced it with a factory part and tightened it to specs, not with an impact.

Having problems with your car is always scary and stressful, but they were very open and transparent about what needed to be done and how much it would cost from the beginning. I really appreciated their honesty and quick excellent work. Will definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely one of the best auto repair services I have ever used! I have traveled all over US and Damon and his crew are excellent! Their integrity, honesty, and reasonable prices are beyond reproach! Another great bonus is it is a Christian owned business, and if you are a licensed minister, they also give you a discount! I live in Sulphur OK but any repair work I need done, I try to wait until I visit my sister in NWA and drive the extra few mins to have my work done here! Great business!

Hands down the best automotive shop in NWA. Damon (the owner) was present in the shop with his mechanics and was nothing but respectful and kind. I've known Damon for quite some time and every interaction I've had with him has been nothing but respectful, kind, and very southern hospitable. This shop aligned my 2014 Ford Focus and helped get the rear end aligned even after multiple tire shops refused to do so. He even took me out to the shop and showed me the specs my cars alignment was in and if I liked how it looked! That really impressed me and showed just how diligent and honest this shop is. You guys have my business from here on out!
