I've been renting here for about a year, had gate access issues and the off-site management is absolutely awful, I might as well be on the phone w hp support. I'll be finding somewhere else for my storage needs asap.

We came in the middle of the month of September. We vacated 5 days later. We just stored some stuff for a move. We were promised to be pro rated, and given military discount because we are veterans. Neither of those happened they charged us in full. Then they just charged us for yet another month. The Indian call center doesn’t want to fix the problem. When you go to this location no one wants to answer the door. They scam your money and play games with you to get it back. There is no honesty, integrity, or service. This storage I would stay away from. I would not recommend. 0 out of 0.

After I gave notice and let them know my unit is empty, they charged me and it took forever to get a refund.
