James and his father havs been a staple in Gravette since I can remember. Small town pharmacy, rare lines, easy access to the pharmacist and the fast fill on short notice is not something you're going to find at a major chain. I enjoy doing business with Austin.

This is a wonderful small town pharmacy. Kenneth, James, and Paulette are very caring people. They go the extra step for the customer satisfaction. I wish every store or restaurant had their level of serving. Well done!!!!!
Austin Drug began in August 1983 with the purchase of the existing business, Greenway Drug, from Bill Greenway, who had been in business since the 1970s.
The existing location, 118 Main Street N.E. has been host to a drug store since the 1950s when the building was constructed.
