Travis is teally good at his job. He answered all our questions about Windstreams services and how they work. Travis was nice and Super helpful. Our close neighbors use Windstream and tell us they have no problems with it and it super fast. Hopefully we will be able to qualify for their services. We also spoke to Amber who was absolutely wonderful and a big help. We definetly want to use their services, keeping ?.

I cannot even begin to explain how absolutely horrified I am with my customer experience in the past 72 hours with Windstream. I have spent a total of 11 hours and 46 minutes on hold or speaking with customer service representative to try and accomplish a simple task of forwarding a number to another number. It was never accomplished and I had to resort to porting my number out of Windstream. Congratulations on having the absolute worst customer service on the planet, I don't know how but even worse than Comcast. Your customer service is like the IRS and ATT had a child who was ran over by a car. I would not wish having to deal with Windstream customer support on even my worst enemies. I would rather walk on a bed of rusted nails with bamboo shoved up my fingernails and my spine broken to jump off a cliff into a pool of shards of glass and lime juice than have to spend one more second on the phone with the Windstream customer service representative.I spoke to 11 different customer service reps. Each of them promised to return my call to continue assisting me. Only one did and they did to tell me they couldn't accomplish the task. Tickets were closed without being done. I had to open 4 tickets for the same thing. I was transferred around like a joint in Colorado at a college bachelor party. I was hung up on faster than a Car Warranty scammer on Christmas day. I had to listen to your vile on hold music for HOURS that sounded worse than Rebecca black and cardi b in a screaming match. I actually cut my ears off so I did not have to spend one more minute listening to a 30 second loop of trash.I will never get those 11 hours and 46 minutes of unaccomplished squandered time back in my life. And because of that, I will spend the rest of my life trying to dissuade every person I know from ever doing business with Pisstream Enterprise.

My WiFi I pay 100+ a month for littelry goes out every week and then takes windstream 3 days to even get out to my house to fix it and half the time when I call customer service it’s “sorry for the WiFi troubles let me talk to my team to figure out the issue “ then hangs up I’m about to just cancel my WiFi because this is rediculous

The only good thing I can say about this company is the techs who install and service locally are always good and professional, that’s why I gave 1 star, in honor of a few good employees. The customer service call center is 99.9% terrible, as is the internet service. God forbid the sky cloud over or the breeze picks up. Unfortunately, we have zero other options to choose from in our area. The price charged for the sketchy and intermittent service is crazy.

I pray that another internet provider will come to this area so that Windsream isn't the only option because they are a sad company with less than average internet service and horrible customer service and even worse tech support. If there any other companies out there thinking about pro riding service I promise you there will be no competition from Windstream.

Data rate has been dropping for years. Was 3mbps, now usually around 0.5mbps. Windstream's answer to complaints is " it's a copper fed line, so we can't do anything unless it quits , or is upgraded."I am doubtful about any upgrade being in the works...

The service itself is not too bad if it works at all, but the customer service center is terrible! I have been told many times for days in a row that our internet will be repaired today! Then it was within 24 hours.... now it’s next week. They have no record of any of my previous calls, how is this?? I have been on hold for over 1/2 an hour at times.All of this is after we waited over 30 days for the initial install in our area because they were full and had to install more wiring.We have only lived here 3 mo and have had more days without internet than with it, and I work from home.
