Employees are polite and professional services quick and efficient if they have to order a medicine they'll have it in the very next day their drive-thru is most convenient. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy

This pharmacy is tops because of Dr. Emily Smith!She was knowledgeable on certain things that my doctor wasn't. She is also personable/relatable - meaning you can tell/ask her anything - she just wants to help you!Thank you Dr. Smith for always looking out for my health - you are the best!

Smith Drug is the best ?? at serving their customers with our doctors’ office right next-door. It may take a little time to get a prescription prepared but that’s only reasonable. You can find yourself waiting in the doctors’ office lobby that long. We’re delighted to give them our business even for over the counter medicines like Tylenol & the gift shop?

I’ve used this pharmacy for years now. There’s a couple new faces and the one lady I love is still there! They are all so very attentive and helpful. I hope I never have to use anyone else! (That won’t be fun)

Unfortunately, had a very disrespectful encounter last night with the pharmacist, he was very rude and demeaning towards me for trying to clarify medications for a patient. It's sad that this is how providers get treated it makes me wonder how patients get treated.

We have been with Smith Drug for over 20yrs now, and you just can't beat small town places. And Gentry, Arkansas is pretty small. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable on medications. They are family owned too, they are in excellent standing with the Doctors and staff, and all the different insurance companies. Love them all.

The worst experience I have ever had with a business. Each month I pick up and they always seem to have lost insurance information and have to re run it. I have overpaid each time and promised refund back to my card. It has never happened. I was owed medication because they were out of stock and then was told it had already been picked up when went to retrieve the difference. The owner actually came to the window and spoke unbelievably derogatory and slammed the window on me. Caution, do not do business with this company. Terrible doesn't explain the service level.

I've been using Smiths for about 6 or 7 yrs now..I live in Siloam and still use them after moving back from Gentry...never had a problem...and they the friendliest people around...wouldn't think of going any where else...♥️?

I have used Smith in the past and am now switched back to them. I was with Wal-Mart pharmacy and transferred my prescriptions to Smith. They did all of the work. They made sure to call and confirm with me and then called Wal-Mart to get it taken care of. This was nice because I don't have the time. It took my prescription a day and a half to get there since they did not have it in stock and had to order it. No problem! They made sure to get in touch with me and let me know. They made the transition and ease of getting my fills effortless. Thank you!

In the hospital and doctor wrote prescriptions for my husband to have ready for me when I am released. They lied and said they ran my insurance twice, and my insurance company shows absolutely no record of this. When my insurance company called them directly to see what happened, they said they wouldn't accept my insurance company benefits and were losing money by filling my prescriptions. Dishonest. The VA is filing a formal complaint against them as will I. They are the only drugstore in Eureka Springs. Stay away. Completely unethical business practice.
