You guys I'm amazed! Clint the owner came out with his crew and totally saved the day! We can't thank you enough! Our entire motherboard went out and he drove all the way to Springdale to get the replacement. I really thought he wasn't going to come back. He not only came back but fixed it in 30 minutes. This guys knows what he's doing for sure. Thank you, and to your crew and the sweetest lady at the front office for saving the day! You're the best!

Kester's Heating and Air is top quality. Not only did they diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC unit but they installed my new replacement. Installer Paul is very, very knowledgeable, but more importantly would not do the work unless it was done right. Thought I had given these fine folks a review years ago but apparently did not. Kevin and crew installed a Lennox system for us about 10 years ago, and had serviced it since. They are knowledgeable, prompt, have very fair pricing and most of all are honest. Dealing with Kevin remains a breath of fresh air in a society where these qualities are becoming rare commodities.

When I called they were pretty booked up, but found time to fit us in. It took two trips and days to get the job done.Paul was our technician and he was amazing! Gave them a call and they came right out and diagnosed the problem. Had to order a part. The part came in and they were right back out to repair the heater. All of this happened just as the negative degree temperatures hit our area. Thank you for making our home warm again.

We finally decided to replace our whole house unit before it went out. After getting rave reviews for this business from 2 friends, I called. Great customer service from the start. Someone came out to assess and quote the job. It wasn't cheap, but we're heating and cooling over 3k square ft with a single unit. We finalized everything via text, and after a few weeks I got the call they were ready to install. They came on the date and time we had discussed, which In itself puts them over the top compared to other companies weve worked with in the past. The 3 guys that came out knew what they were doing. Install was completed in a single day. We are more than satisfied.Also, there was no attempt to up-sale at all, no heavy sales pitch.
