I own a solar company, and I use XPO for delivery of solar modules, which can be damaged when transported.
To date, I've never had any damages or loss.
Very skilled drivers and dock staff.

I sent with them a pallet to a farm that is a commercial property with about 6000sq warehouse own gate and they used their fort lift to unload the pallet after a week on the deliveries I got another $250 additional charge for residential deliveries and for a lift gate ?

Shipped my very expensive massage chair thru freight center on an XPO Logistics truck. They broke that mf’er. The part in the photo is suppose to be straight not bent smh probably stacked something on it when they told me I paid for the whole pallet space to the ceiling. Cheap company with poor morals. Wouldn’t recommend steer clear.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I ordered a product through Sam's Club to be delivered by XPO Logistics, and after 4 scheduled and failed deliveries, I have cancelled my order and opted for a refund. My wife and I missed work or changed our plans on 4 separate occasions to accommodate the deliveries that were scheduled. I have reached out to the company multiple times and do not receive a response. I would steer clear of using this company due to their dubious business practices and complete lack of costumer service.
