The old man pharmacist working today 4/18/24 was rude as hell talking to me like I was his wife or kids. I am calling the state board and getting the DM involved because this man does NOT need to be working in health care!

The pharmacist needs to be replaced. I don’t remember his name. Something like Kody but who cares. I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully while trying to simply fill a prescription. This is not the first time it’s happened but it’s the last.If you hate your job so much, do anything else you smug trash. Maybe everyone looks so miserable in that pharmacy because of you and the way you seem to speak down to everyone. I’m switching all of my prescriptions and will not return. Thanks for making every single interaction ridiculously difficult for absolutely no reason.

This store definitely is the best Walgreens to visit in Fort Smith, it doesn’t look like a total dump like the ones on Zero street and the other side of Rogers by Northside. The employees also at least act like they want to help you, I haven’t used their pharmacy in some time because of my health insurance but if you’re just shopping in the retail side I suggest coming in this store.

My husband & I got our flu & covid boosters at your location this morning! In the prescription department which was a delight to deal with, we encountered a young woman named Maggie Davis, who is one of the technicians.WHAT a wonderful, engaging, congenial person she is. So I felt the need to warn you that if some business owner comes in & needs an employee, she will be hired on the spot. Even if they don't NEED an employee, she will be hired on the spot. You better give her a BIG raise - not only is she a competent, nay a skilled technician, she makes getting a shot a lot of fun! And, let's face it, that's not easy to do!!

The pharmacy is not trustworthy at all. I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled over a WEEK ago that i still don't have. And when I call all I get is to talk to a dumb robot. Some of us have medicine we are supposed to take every day, Walgreens. If you can’t fill a prescription for some reason at least let the person know. I havent had my medicine in days because of this. I know so many people that have switched from you guys to someone else because its basically a game trying to figure out if you’re getting your pills or not.

(This review is for the store, not the pharmacy) If you’ve been to one Walgreens, you’ve been to most Walgreens. The selection is generally the same, unless you’re in a beach town or something; they offer more water sports items. The reason for the 4 star is because they were out of a few 20oz items in the wall cooler/front cooler. I could see them through the door, in the back, but no one had filled the shelf. I didn’t ask the person working to get me one because she was working the register. I just grabbed something else.

I don't shop at Walgreens very often because they are to expensive compared to Walmart pharmacy. I go there if I want in and out quickly.

My mom started getting her medicine delivered here in 2017 there's some nice workers and there's some rude worker like for instance this one worker is always so rude I always forget to look at her name tag thing but when we go there she's always giving her problems my mom did nothing to her and sometimes she tries to tell my mom that she can't get her medicine today or she has to wait till next week and we live 2 hours away So we drive 2 hours To get her medicine And then she does this and makes us call the manager or whoever runs this thing for no reason I don't get it .

I would rate this Walgreens a 0/5 if I could. I worked at the pharmacy as a pharmacy technician and I quit the same day. The first half of the day I was just stocking medicine on shelf so it was not so bad but after lunch is when things changed a manager from another store I think alma named Marilyn or something along those lines was expecting me to know how to do everything she first told me I had to count pills and if you don’t know you can’t sort pills if you don’t have your pharmacy technician license which I did not yet and I told her that and she called me useless. So after that she takes me to the register and shows me how to used it once and I was confused and after she left and was standing at a computer just yelling at everyone why we are so behind. And just to top everything off I was never paid for the 9 hour shift I worked. Me as well as 3 other co workers quit that day. I tried texting the store manager at the time JoDan but I never got a response. I sincerely apologize to all of the people that go into this store for their medicine because at the time when I was working there all of us were being treated terribly.
