I absolutely love this pharmacy! They are always so sweet and most definitely care about their customers. I'm so grateful for the love they show when you're not understanding some of the medications! The Pharmacist always try to help you understand or tell you to make sure you call your doctor! I also love that they're very speedy to get your prescription field. ???

The pharmacy is professional speedy knowledgeable and I know that they really care about me by the information they give me about the medicines I take and how to maximize my health by taking them. The staff in the front of the store are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy techs and pharmacist in the back are amazing this is a very busy store with a lot of pressure put on them and they are always professional kind Swift and willing to bend over backward to make sure that I get the medicines that I need. However back to the store being very busy... Aware that peak times at this store may not be the most convenient way to get the best shopping experience there. For example if there's 10 people in line in front of you when you get there you will be the 11th person to be served sometimes I see customers in line thinking that they're going to be served first... If this is your mindset please shop somewhere else because this store is very fair.

My neurosurgeon called in prescriptions for me after have complete back reconstruction and do to the fact that one of my scripts is an opioid Walgreens refuses to fill my medications and said that I would have to find another pharmacy to get my drugs bc they didn't feel comfortable filling script and won't help, even after my doctor called and spoke to them since they filled a partial but wouldn't complete the rest or fill again. This is the second time this has happened and they are also Extremely rude and treated very disrespectfully. Why have a pharmacy if you're just going to refuse service and especially for the people who sincerely need it and not just looking for a high. Never again

Absolutely horrible pharmacy, it's been 3 days since dropping off my prescription. While trying to pick it up they informed me that they haven't ordered it yet and it should be there sometime the next day. This has been my experience on more occasions than I can count. I have spent more money than I care to think about at this company, and they can't even be bothered to order their own stock in a timely manner.

I am just sitting and waiting my regular vaccine, first they couldn’t find my name on the appointment lists, they found it eventually but I am still waiting, it has been more than an hour.

For the last 3 months iv had to wait in store or be 5-9 days wait for my medicine, my husband's, and the other family members in my house. Most people can't wait days on end for meds. I'm more than willing to wait inside store to get the medicine filled but they just now told me to wait in store for 30 mins to an hr and the fax was sent last week. It's not the staffs fault. It's the company and covid.

Horrible. Worst pharmacy in Ft Smith. They can't stay in business for long treating people like this. If you have your script filled there be sure and fill up your car with gas because they can't fill it with you there they will tell you to come back next day and still not have it. To come back in a hour and a half .You can get it thro the mail faster than there . If you want it filled while you wait there and get it all in one trip then Anderson is the place to go.

Long line at the pharmacy. Not greeted when entering the store.Was told I could not purchase 1 box of 12hr sudafed (OTC strength) if I had not had a perscription filled at that location before ?.... I've never encountered this before :-(I don't have the need to fill perscriptions as I'm fairly healthy, Only requested the OTC box. I had a valid state ID & waited patientlyin line. The tech was rude, impatient & didn't offer any explanation when I stated I had not encountered this issue at any other Walgreens in the area.My allergies are really horrible lately & this was extremely disappointing. After this experience I will not return to spend my money at this location
