Stopped in while passing through from visiting a friend. The station was clean and the guy was helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone to stop in.

I’ve been going to Z-mart for several years now I’m pretty much a regular. I’ve never had a bad experience with anything at the station. The manager Jason and his lovely staff are always very friendly and welcoming when I stop by, I always enjoy seeing them. Jason, Terry, Bryan and the rest of the team thank you for always being so awesome!!!!

Stopped here while visiting family. Cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a very long time and the friendliest staff as well.

We were in Fort Smith from out of town and got lost. We came into this store to try to get help. Not only did they patiently help us figure out what was wrong with our directions, they even got a smile out of my cranky toddler who was losing her mind after too much time spent in her car seat. I just wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that helped me!

Absolutely horrid customer service.. here's a tip.. you probably shouldn't make your customer feel stupid for asking questions about what you're selling.. when you have 20 different food items that are all fried and there for the same color and texture.. its not hard to understand why someone might ask what the items of food are.. for wanting to figure out what they were and buy food and drinks from your store.. I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm at a damn hostage negotiation.. rudest clerks I've seen in awhile. Will never go here again.

Every time I go into Z Mart I have a great experience. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning or evening, it’s always very clean, well stocked and the staff always has a smile. Z Mart puts the other stores in our area to shame.

I was having trouble with my card at the pump and the manager himself helped me. He explained to me all the ins and outs about preauthorizations and how the pumps and all that stuff works. Then he helped me find my snacks. I know it makes me look d*** but I haven't been driving very long so this is all new to me. It's awesome that he really knew like everything about his gas pumps and his store.

My 5 year old prefers their hotbox food to any local restaurant lol, and the people who work there are always nice. Best of all though are the clean restrooms.

Good is good when they have itThe older lady on mornings not sure if she had a issue we me or the company I work for either way I come in there every morning for coffee and food her voice and attitude changes as soon as she is serving me but she will be friendly with people behind me as she serves me
