The employees were friendly and helpful. I had a few questions and they were able to answer them. It’s pretty busy on Saturdays so if you go do it during the week. If you go on Saturdays be ready for a line and about a 10 minute wait. I use this store and I recommend it to anyone.

The gentleman in the UPS store sent me in the right direction because I was in the wrong mailing department to return my item. He was very professional and polite.

It wasn't busy, I was the only person there besides the employees. They got my package and it was a simple sign and continue about my day.
