I am in a tight spot right now, so I rushed to the pawn shop to try and sell a couple items for a little cash to get something to eat bc yeah it be like that right now. This was my only way of coming up with any money tonight, I get there with 11 minutes to spare bc it says they close at 6pm. The doors are locked and they've closed up shop, that's cool I just won't eat tonight bc they wanted to leave 11 min early. Don't advertise your hours of operation unless you're going to honor them bc that 11 minutes made me go without dinner tonight, not to mention the wasted gas driving there from Van Burn where I live, which I don't even have to say I obviously cant afford to waste right now.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I guess they’re intimidated by a law abiding African American man so much that they make up fake laws just so I couldn’t purchase a firearm. Told me I have to be 21 for 3 months before I can buy a pistol when that is not true and I got a pistol 30 minutes later from an actual gun retailer and not a pawn shop. If you ask me they either don’t take their jobs seriously or they are incredibly biased. Lost a good customer all because of the color of my skin.

Friendly people. Great vitality of items. Prices appear to be lower that some other Pawn Shops on Towson avenue.

So rude went in there to get a gun and sell some stuff said I was being rude and threatened to trespass me and kicked me out just cause I did not like his 20% on electronics rule when it was brand new hardly used. Also insulted me to my wife, telling my wife “sorry you have to go home to that”

My best friend and I went here to look at used firearms. The elderly gentleman behind the counter told us he was a marine in the 70s, and then proceeds to tell us that he absolutely no idea how to use the AR-15 platform, how to take it apart, that he knows nothing about it.We cane here on a separate occasion, and he handed me a rifle I asked to see without checking the rifle to see if it was loaded first. Later he swung a Mossberg Shockwave around the room without checking it first, sweeping across numerous other customers, including ourselves.The staff is extremely friendly, but sure to the dishonesty and lack of consideration for the safety and well-being of their customers, I have to give them the lowest rating I can. They've expressed unacceptable behavior.

They're pretty good. I went a few years ago and pawned a laptop for 75.00 dollars. They helped me and the girl's son was a cute little guy. I forget their names as it's been a few years but I am going to try to go over there today to see if they can help me with a new laptop and trying to see if they can pawn it.
