They seem to have a lot on their minds but other than that they are laid back and easy to do business with, as I gathered my thoughts about how they were conducting business, I thought to myself for a moment. They were doing what they could do (which honestly) was great considering that they could not make a decision without picking up the phone to call "the boss" to ask if they could move forward with their own completely and obviously more than capable of making their own decisions without the boss. But, now, after thinking about it, it was obvious that they were told not to do anything with me without approval. I completely understand and when I left I called them to warn them about something going on outside and to thoroughly check out the item that seemed somewhat suspicious to me that just threw up a red flag. Anyway, great guys. BTW, I used to work for this company and the other 3 affiliated stores for 17 years 6 months, two weeks and a few hours. Great friends are still there and always at any pawn shop, it's going to be a journey that you will never forget. Thanks for the hospitality!

I went in to buy a 200.00 dollar knife, one of the guys was, of course on his phone, and the other guy was "reviewing video games"I asked for assistance and O.M.G. I've been going there since it opened, these little kids that were in charge followed me to the parking lot and started taking video for some reason I'm 62yrs of age, I'm no threat to anyone I will not go there again.

Went here to sell some gold and silver. They lowballed me and when I refused their offer, the guy told me to go to Midland pawn which I knew was associated with them. So instead of just asking me to go there and talk to the boss, he said Midland Pawn dealt in metals all the time. So now I am already angry that they are just sending me to another one of their stores. I get there and they lowball me too. I was going to go to A&B pawn in vb since one of my coworkers husband works there but instead I decided to go to cooper's pawn. They gave me over $200 more than Townson and Midland pawns best offers. Stay away from all 5 of these pawnshops associated with Townson. One of them is even in vb Casino pawn, they aren't just trying to make money off what they buy, they are highway robbers.

So instead of telling me to talk to their boss at Midland pawn, they said that I should try Midland since they deal in metals more than Townson. So I am already angry that I got sent to another one of their stores, then the boss gave me a crappy offer too. I ended up going to Cooper's pawn and they gave me over $200 more than Townson or Midland pawns best offers. Townson and Midland pawn aren't just trying to make money off what they buy, they are highway robbers.

If pawn shops were available during a famine, we'd all starve to death without out cd player and window units. I didn't realize inflation was one way. Up! And up I mean their prices, not ours. To pawn something is the same as to take it up the (earmufs)tailpipe. However, Clayton is cool. He always makes a better deal than most. Plus he gave me cash from his own wallet. I needed gas. Dylan isn't a slacker but they moved him to number 2. Sorry Dylan, you still require Missy's directions and leadership qualities. I gotta say, I'd follow her anywhere. In fact, I was kinda considering obsessively stalking. But, business comes first and she'd just shoot me anyway.

This guy is a scumbag. Would not accept my payment which was 2 weeks early. Told me to get my mower out and leave, came back with money to do so and was promptly kicked out with a no trespass. Now I must take him to small claims which I will be doing first thing in the morning. BTW, the girl is a sweetheart. She tried to take my payment, but he told her to give it back.

Came in try to pawn my 18k gold jewelry the lady trying to check my jewelry said if I’m okay she wants to rub it to check if it is real it took her long to do it and all of a sudden says it’s not reall what a joke..obviously they don’t know anything about gold…

The detail to professionalism is lost on the staff here at Towson Pawn Too. The clerk is ill mannered and will not trade fair value. The place also had bugs. Becareful not to visit this particular store. They scam by calling around instead of looking up the value of the product. In the future choose better for you and your family.

Bought a lawn mower was able to cut grass one time. I realize, USED. 1 day return policy. 3 other pawn shops give 7 days to return.We're disabled on ssi and was a lot of money to us.

Owner has a problem being asked about its merchandise. Makes it's questionable if I need to buy it. Honesty, integrity and truthfulness is something this store needs to work on, Midland and Van Buren since its under same ownership.
