Excellent customer service as I was helped while looking for a new pair a shoes. The worker who assisted me in finding a new pair of shoes, Kaiden, did a great job in helping me. He recommended plenty of shoes that I liked and quickly came back with the shoe I wanted.

Always have a solid selection of whatever outdoor need I’m shopping for (e.g., dog harnesses, women’s clothing, shoes, boke accessories, men’s clothing, etc.). Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Phenomenal Customer service in the Bicycle Dept. Lee was incredibly helpful in assisting us from start to finish. Very high quality selection with very reasonable prices. Excellent bang for your buck and will definitely recommend to anyone in the River Valley.

Great selection of outdoor wear! I just purchased my son a North Face coat, and we are really pleased. They have some of the best sales too! Good quality items!

Great products but beware of their return policy. You may not be able to get your money back rather an option of instore credit or gift card only. Ask before buying. Make sure you look at any possible defects on clothing, once out those doors you may not even get an option to return.

Mallory, Justin, Ashley and the whole crew are so helpful every time I shop here! I went in to buy a T-shirt from Fort Smith for my cousins birthday and left with a whole bag full! This is my go-to for Tevas, Altra running, Chacoas, Kavu, Patagonia and so much more!!

I recently purchased a Scott Speedster 30 from the Woodsman Bike Shop. Devan, the sales representative was very helpful and kind. He was genuinely interested in helping me and helped pick the right road bike. I have put over 25 miles on the bike and love it. The Woodsman is a great local business. So glad they are in the Fort Smith Area.

I always find things here that I want. The quality is always great. My only wish is that they’d carry Birkenstock. I like to support local but have had to buy my many pairs of Birk’s elsewhere :(

Everyone is very friendly. Nick and Lee were very helpful! They don't hover over you, but they have just the right amount of customer service! Something that I have found lacking in all industries since covid.

It's ok, but prices are a little too high. You can easily go online and find the same item for cheaper most of the time. Only buy when there's a sale here!

Just bought new kayaks from the Woodsman in Fort Smith. Staff was super helpful with tips on loading, hauling, PFDs, and even gave us suggestions on the best spots to take our kayaks out!They have women on staff - I found it very helpful to talk to another female about the fit of my PFD.
