AMAZING customer service. I just got engaged on charismas eve, and my ring was purchased there. the size was a little off, when they opened back up from the holidays me and my fiancé' took my ring in there, they sized my finger, and answered all my questions i had. they told me it could be a week, they called me the NEXT day to pick it up, they polished it for me and it looked better when i picked it up then it did when i dropped it off. All around good experience. We will be back to purchase our bands from them.

I would NEVER purchase from this business!!! There are many gift businesses/ jewelers in our area that I could recommend. This is not one of them.

We had a wonderful experience here today. We went in to get a bracelet sized and ended up putting one on layaway as well. There is a bit of a wait on the resizing, but the friendly owners customer service more than makes up for that!

Worst customer service ever. What kind of “jewelry store” doesn’t have a jeweler on site? On top of that we had to wait for the lady to leave what I assume is her other store next door to come over and let us in. Only plus side to the trip was eating at the wonderful bbq restaurant next to them.

The Jewelry Store - I would like to thank this store for saving me. Lindsay Baggett Plowman finger is sooooo small and I didn’t notice when I bought the ring how big it was. They did a custom job for me and it took less than a week. Which is great because I had St Louis scheduled and we were going if the ring fit or not. The custom job they did has fit Lindsay comfortably and they kept every part of the ring intact. I will always be thankful for this store and the people who work there. Please if you need any jewelry repair, go in and check them out. They work miracles!

This is a wonderful local gem. Shelia the owner is very knowledgeable and always so helpful and friendly. She helps me find unique things in my budget and tempts me with items that I can aspire to! When I was new to Arkansas she provided me with recommendations for everything from restaurants to weekend getaways, I always enjoy our visits. The parking is really easy, she offers curbside pickup and will text pictures when I can’t get away from work to shop in the store. True customer service.

The Smith Jewelry and Living is an amazing store. They have a great selection of gifts, home goods, gourmet cooking supplies, and jewelry. Every time I go into the store, they have new items to browse through. Gift wrapping is included for no additional charge, and delivery can be arranged for local residents.
