This store's manager is a joke! I know on black he said they were out of coupons which was a lie ! I know an employee there and he givesthem to the employees and his wife ! Which I've been in Fayetteville ar and as seen her there with coupon from those coupon days she will use cash! He lets a heavy set lady named Amanda run over the other new employees! This place is going to s*** since he's been there ! Needs new management ASAP!!

I did an online order that shipped from the Fort Smith site but due to storms it was not going to be delivered in time. Thankfully the sweet manager at the Tulsa site came to the rescue and gathered all my items for me in store and allowed for my dad to pick it up. Same day service and super helpful! Much appreciated and will always high recommended!

Walked in the store. No one in the store and no one came out to help me. saw a cute pair of shoes I wanted to ask about but I was there for 5 minutes and no one came out. The door had a chime bell so I know they heard someone had walked in..

Don't shop here if you aren't rich or skinny. If you don't look the part none of the employees will greet you. I was interested in a blouse, but they didn't have my size. I tried getting the woman working to help me but she walked away. Never, never, NEVER shopping here again. I may not be a size 00 or carry a designer purse but I deserve to be treated the same as a customer who does.

Wonderful customer service! I called right before Christmas and asked if a dress I had seen was available! they let me pay over the phone and then held it until I could have someone pick it up! I wore it this weekend (on the right of photo) and it was amazing! Super friendly and the prices are incredible!

i absolutely love this boutique, their customer service blows every boutique ive ever visited out of the water. Such kind workers who have a passion helping out you in clothes for looking your best in styles you love. i definitely recommend shopping here and will definitely continue for years to come. 10/10

One of the first boutiques in Fort Smith that opened and made Fort Smith fun to shop in! I am never disappointed and the owner and staff have become some of the best friends! You will love Suite One, guaranteed!
