Great service. The drive-thru was backed up around the building but I had my food and drink in less than 5 minutes!

Stopped by to get a Venti peppermint mocha frappuccino. Drive thru the person working was very pleasant and helpful. I asked about the pistachio frappuccino and she let me know they will be having it again very soon. It was delicious ?

We showed up at 0425 this morning for the Starbucks holiday cup release. We were first in line and could see through the window and seen at least 5 cups setting there. About 10 mins before the store opened all of the sudden there was only one setting there. There was a total of 5 people in line. When they let us through the door they were rude and said they only had one. Even when my wife asked and said she seen them on the self through the window they continued to lie and say they only had one. This was poor customer service and in no way a good way to treat customers. I would at least appreciate a response back to explain Starbucks policy on this issue. This is the holiday release.

Very disorganized. I ordered my drink 15 minutes prior on the app and still waited over 10 minutes inside, only for it to be sitting in the back. It seemed like the barista was picking and choosing what customers to help (she would ask some people the name on the order but not others.) those of us not acknowledged just standing around not sure if were suppose to interrupt them or just let them ask us when they felt like it. This was my second time here and I had the same experience both times. No thanks I'm good.
