When you purchase a membership. It's supposed to save time. When they have one lane shut down and are attempting to make sales in the only open lane. This defeats the purpose of speedy service. I don't want to wait for them to make their next sale before I can get my wash.

Prices went up and quality went down. Car wasn't clean, the dryers didn't do a good job at all and the vacuums don't have much suction. I would not recommend this place.

I paid $21.00 for the best wash offered. It did not wash well at all. Wind sheild, mirrors, back glass, tire and wheels still dirty. Did not rinse the vehicle or dry very well soap still covered the passenger side. Over all a poor job. A big rip off for the price.

I spent 19 dollars and came out of there with bugs still all over the front of my hood and soap residue all over I went back 3 hrs later after I parked my car .3 miles away at cicis pizza to work came back and they couldn’t do anything and said I’d have to pay again that is ridiculous when they didn’t do theyre job the first time expect you to pay again for there service extremely unprofessionalServices: Polishing

It seems if you subscribe to monthly subscription you should A. Expect not to use it since they are often closed for no explanation and B. Expect to keep being charged even if you have been assured three times that it will not happen again. Lastly the “free vacuum “ is misleading as most of the bays have clogged or non functional vacuums.

These people will get you to sign a paper contract, and will basically just charge you forever. Their posted phone numbers never get answered, and their website doesn't allow you to cancel either. I guess they bank on the fact that people won't notice, or won't care. I filed back charges against them through my credit card. In the strongest terms possible, they try to scam you. Good luck.
