Hey the car wash works very well! When i got home I noticed a piece of my luggage rack had blown off. Tried to call them, but phone line was disconnected---as others have said. Wanted them to check for it after they shut down, oh well, $50 lost and gone.

Every time I go, I pay extra for dash wipes. The attendants never pay attention and will not give them to me unless I ask. Most recently the attendant forced me to pull in, I had my window down telling him I would like my wipes before I pull in because he was spraying my car and my window was down. He refused and made me pull in with my window down. Handed me dry towels (not what I paid for). When I asked for the correct ones my car started trying to move and I had to hold it in park as the track tried to move it. That then forced an emergency break to come on because I had to wait so long for him to give me what I paid for. He should have handed it to me before I pulled in. Then he proceeded to be extremely rude with me saying "don't blame me!" Even though he didn't follow proper procedure. Attendant had long brown hair, a hoodie over his head and looked extremely unprofessional and acted the same. Worst experience I've ever had here and he put my vehicle in jeopardy because of his laziness. I'll go elsewhere to get my car washed- and that's too bad because I came here a lot! A manager name and number should be listed somewhere for this business so someone can be contacted but there is not one anywhere. I'd think you'd want to know if you had horrible employees who are rude, lazy, and possibly messing up people's cars.

The rinse section left soap on the rear and the dryer's didn't dry my vehicle very well. Had to take it to a spray wash to get the rest if the soap off. Will not use it again or recommend it.

The car wash itself does as good a job as you can expect from a drive through car wash. Be forewarned, though, that if you sign up for the monthly pass when they are running a special, you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly service at their standard monthly rate every month after that. They don't tell you this when you sign up and you'll find out when you see the $35 charge on your account. The manager does not respond to voicemails or texts so you'll be out of $35 that first month. If you catch it early enough, you can put a stop payment to this vendor through your bank to avoid any subsequent monthly charges. This is what I had to do since the manager did not respond to any of my messages. I have no intention of returning after this month (that I involuntarily paid for) is expired. I should've read the previous complaint that was similar before signing up.

Not a bad car wash, but their administrative side is severely dysfunctional, boarding on scam-ish. Recurring fees on my bank card for a program I didn't sign up for. No working phone numbers, email or contact info to be found. They hit me for $35 a month and nobody seems to know how to stop this. Boooo! Don't give them your credit card!

BEWARE! This place is ripping people off now! When you try to cancel your monthly service, they tell you it's been cancelled but still charge your bank account. Their phone number is disconnected, so you'll have to go into their office and deal with them in person. They've been reported to the Attorney General's office

3rd time in a row I have come here to use the vaccines that they didnt work. This time they were fully turned off. If they aren't working at least have the decency to put a sign up so people don't waste their time.
