I had avoided going to a cell phone store because of my past experiences at a busy AT&T store. After making the switch over to T-Mobile and spending hours on the phone, I was asked to go to a store OUCH! But I was totally delighted with the rep, Trystan’s service and professionalism. He brightened my day with respectful, patient, and professional way of handling this sticky situation with me on the phone with AT&T. Thank you Trystan !!! You’re the best!

Staff was knowledgeable and transparent!!! I’m brand new to phone plans, but they let me know exactly how much my monthly bill would be before I ever swiped my card.

I called T-Mobile this past Friday afternoon just to see if they had internet service in my area. They said yes, and that I could come in to the store and get it set it up myself that day if I wanted to. I came in, it took 20 minutes, was only $38 and they gave me a modem that I hooked up super easily.I didn't have to wait for them to send anyone out, they didn't have to drill any holes in the wall, etc. Tristan was super nice and helpful! I've had no problems with the internet.He even gave me a lil t mobile coffee mug/tea cup and I thought that was such a nice touch.Never ever going back to AT&T (THEY never gave me a coffee mug. Only tears).

I am absolutely stunned at how bad my service was this time around. So this whole saga begins with me shopping online for the device I want, then saving the cart and using the “finish checkout in store“ option. I went to the pavilion location and a guy there told me that the only plan the offer in store is the Magenta Max. He didn’t even have to phone I wanted, so no big deal I guess. I then called the mall location on the drive over to this one and was told the same thing. I finally arrived here and the guy working (didn’t get his name) also told me the same thing about that plan being the only one available. So THREE store told me that.I hopped on Twitter with T-Mobile Help and spent the bette part of a full day speaking to them about this issue. They verified that was incorrect and not standard operating procedure. They also gave me a long list of things to do and say to make this process go smooth. I go back to this store the next day to meet David. David initially tells me the EXACT same thing… until I show him the message from support. He then backed off a little bit and said that the decision to only offer than plan in store comes from one of this managers. I believe he said district. Either way, that’s not cool.So after about 40 minutes, he’s got me mostly set up… except he didn’t port our numbers over… and he added insurance to my device without my consent… and he didn’t add me as a used on the account…Wow. Thankfully I recorded this all, or else I’m sure no one would believe me lol. What a joke. If this isn’t resolved, I’m just gonna return it within the allotted time and go to a different provider.

This review is late so I've had a chance to reflect on the situation. The management was extremely rude and disrespectful. The person who helped me upgrade my device was friendly and helpful however.

Rude manager treats handicap old ladys awful patience is a virtue young man I hope you treat your grandma better I get upset sometimes when you guys force me to talk to customer service I paid my bill now help me put my sim card in btw yall called me and said come down to get a new one I enjoy speaking to someone I can understand

I went there today and had the best experience! I didn’t feel pressured at all. Dallas and Olumide (Sam) answered all my questions and made sure that I understood everything. They worked together as a team to assist me! They were nice to everyone that came in while I was there too! Special mention to guy with tattoos was nice and very helpful as well! The service was *Chef’s Kiss*!
