I started working for SPF in July of 2023. Since then, I have always felt at home. What I like best is the schedule. I haven't worked a Saturday since starting. Everyone that I have worked with is always very helpful when asked how to do something. They also have an open-door policy. The Managers and the Owners treat employees with the upmost respect.

SPF America has been a wonderful place to work at since day one. Everyone has been kind, respectful and very welcoming. Making a career change to become part of SPF America has been one of the best things I've done. 10/10 would recommend becoming part of the SPF America family!!

There was no work/life balance for me in the Fusion Department where I worked at for 9 months. And all of the other departments got their 3-day weekend but the Fusion Department never got that. And then there were several times when the Fusion machine would break down and I was cleaning or get bounced around like a rubber ball. My hard work was never appreciated until I reminded supervisors and then all of the sudden, the "thank-yous" rang forth. I'm supposed to have actual "work" and if I wanted to be a janitor, I would've applied for that type of work instead. If you love being a workaholic with no life, then working at this company is just for you.

Everyone I spoke to there seemed very polite, and friendly. I hope to hear from them soon about working as I applied for a job. From what I could see the shop seemed to be very clean, and organized.
