Kayla the store manager helped us when we went in, she was very friendly and helpful, she explained everything in detail and answered every question we had. We wasn’t rushed or pressured into anything, my husband and I both would recommend this store and especially Kayla.

Not impressed!!I never received a call back, after I called twice. Store said they did text me & called, but cell phone showed neither. I had to call a 3rd time, to get my business done. Then, was told would get ahold of me about delivery date, soon, like next day, and it has been 5 days now. Adds up to = not good customer service!Then, Sleep number sends me an email to review them, I told them how I felt. Reply, "we're sorry but review won't b published, didn't meet requirements." Hmmmm.... so thanks Google for allowing me to review here!

I recently bought my second bed (3rd overall!) at this location, to have it shipped out of state, because of how well I was treated at this store. Both times I dealt with Kayla, the store manager. She is very professional, and I have always been treated by her with the utmost care and concern for my sleep issues and needs. I 100% recommend buying your sleep number here. Great experience both times!

I hate sleep number! The better half was interested so we stopped by. We decided to go with a standard mattress. We're getting to old to screw with a new fangled thing of a jig!

Daisy was very helpful both times we went in the store, she was patient with us as we tried to decide which bed to go with. She reached out to us after our first visit as well to follow up which was huge in my book and the reason we came back and did business with her! Thank you Daisy!!!

Just to start, customer service is 40% of what we all pay for now days. Ms Kayla D. Absolutely hit it beyond the borders of the stadium, she took well more than a hour w me to find the correct bed first then closer to a hour finding my SleepNumber and position. This wasn’t a easy task for either as I have in the last year purchased 2 other mattresses of the 2 other leading companies. There was no ? That I found the right place. I found the atmosphere of the store very inviting and very clean. I noticed that after each person had touched a surface Ms Kayla discretely straitened and sanitized everything. Whole-Lee-cow-folks. ATTN VETERANS. Sleep Number gives its greatest discounts to veterans. Now listen if u are even thinking of looking for a new bed please go see Ms Kayla she has earned my friendship and respect. I’m certain that u will feel the same way.
