Today I received a text message from my bank saying that my account was blocked because I haven't logged into my "Bank Anywhere" online account. They did this to me on a Sunday when the bank is closed. I tried to log into my account, and it said that my account is invalid. I find that I am frequently put in these positions with Simmons. Then I try to get someone in their fraud department because I think I someone might be trying to scam me (I mean who would do this on a Sunday, right?). The phone rings for what seems like hours before I get someone on the line. I explain my situation, and the lady just keeps asking me for a case #. I try to explain to this lady that no criminal is going to give me a case number. She continues to talk to me like some kind of robot and keeps asking me about some sort of case number that I'm supposed to have. Long story short, this bank is HORRIBLE! I've never had so many problems with a bank. Who needs this crap on a Sunday morning? I wish I had never gone to these people with my money. I will be switching banks as soon as possible. If you bank with this institution, you do so to your own peril, stress and annoyance.
