I have used Shirley's for over 20 years always friendly and very helpful . I have never had any issue they know what they are doing and do it right. They even helped me when is was not tax season when identity was stolen and file all the correct paper work to the IRS. I appreciate everything thing they have done for me over the years. Thank you

Ronnie was the only tax preparer I trusted there. He is now retired, and I tried keeping service there, but no thank you. Rude employees, try to rush to do your taxes. They said they give 20 dollars to all that you refer and they pick up. I have referred at least four people and never received any of my money or even a thank you.
