“The employees were friendly and helpful. I had a few questions and they were able to answer them. It’s pretty busy on Saturdays so if you go do it during the week. If you go on Saturdays be ready for a line and about a 10 minute wait. I use this store and I recommend it to anyone.”

“The counter man that helped me. Was very polite. He explained to me what all needs to be done to get get my packages ready. The guy who was getting the box ready to ship off. I watched as he worked getting the right size box. Then him wrapping it with bubble wrap. Cookies arrived on the day I was told. And the cookies made it with not one cookie crumbled. I'll definitely use them again.

“Just got my Home Depot vanity delivered this morning. Ryan Stapleton called in to dispatch to communicate a minor detail to the driver. Richard showed up with a smile and stellar attitude. He was very personable, likable and I enjoyed our short conversation getting to know each other. It's important to note that the last thing a customer sees is the driver. They represent their company and if they're in a bad mood or their attitude sucks...it's a reflection of the entire company. This is true for all companies with hard working delivery drivers.In a day and age where it's hard to find good help, ABF should be proud to have Richard as an employee. “I want to applaud these folks. The ladies who I spoke with several times when I called (I apologize for not remembering their names), were kind and courteous and helpful. They never made me feel like I was “bothering” them like some companies do. The driver was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. I had to use my tractor to help unload and was nervous, but the driver gave excellent instructions and we got the job done with no casualties! ? Thanks, Estes, for a great experience!!”
“I drove linehaul for them for a year and half. They were honest and easy to work for. Low drama as long as you did your job and was safe. The only reason I left was for more pay and better benefits. Its a easy place to drive for no hassles or drama. The linehaul is the same thing every day with little to no change. If your looking for a good place with no stress then you'll do good to go to work for them.”

“I wanted to share how much I appreciate the driver who delivered a package to our home today and also helped us with a UPS pickup. I work full time and my mom is staying with my husband and I this week. She is pretty frail and cannot lift anything over 10-15 lbs. A very heavy item was scheduled for delivery today and I thought they would just leave it at the front door. Since my mom is here and I’m 34 weeks pregnant, my husband would have had to take it in but this driver actually brought it in for my mom. In addition to this, we had a broken item delivered from Amazon and I scheduled a UPS pick up and my mom asked the driver if he could take it with him. we had the wrong info on the outside of the box and he came back with the correct shipping slip and took the package. Such great customer service! I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for him doing this for us. I added a photo of his truck with the truck number. He absolutely deserves recognition.”
