I have been a customer with the Scot Shaw State Farm office for 15+ years. If you are looking for a great experience, look no further. Always quick to respond,, detail oriented on everything they do & follow-up is fantastic. Brittney is a delight to work & makes everything seamless. Scot has personally called me on a couple of occasions, in the evening after hours - just to check on our family’s safety when we encountered a bad hail/wind storm & water damage situation. I recently referred a friend, & they are now a new customer, & complimented on how well they were treated.

Abby is nothing short of amazing when it comes to customer service and knowledge. She has, time and again, gone above and beyond to answer my questions, address my concerns, and constantly remind me to pay my premium!
Scot is amazing as well but we all know Abby runs the show so I had to mention him second (Sorry man!).
All in all though, I would recommend nobody but them!
