Not professional at all and have no idea what they’re doing. Went to have a flat fixed on a Sunday, technician said he couldn’t find the leak. He lost my wheel lock. When I called to ask where they put it at, the technician hung up on me after I said that they were not experienced after calling his technicians “experienced.” 0/10 DO NOT recommend

I brought my car in for a flat repair. Roadside service along the interstate did a repair, enough to get back to town. Went to Sam's, where I purchased the tires. The manager said without looking. "We can't patch/plug when someone else has repaired the tire" Would you still like them rotated tho?. I would have purchased a tire if needed, but at least take a look at the tire. Poor service, and rude - Maverick

We stopped wherever a Sam's Club was on our drive cross country to fill up. Pricing overall was good.

This was our first experience with SAM'S CLUB. We have been Costco customers for years, even driving to Tulsa instead of going to Sam's right here in Fort Smith. We have been very impressed with the store, their products, especially Member's Mark have all been outstanding. Their optical department and pharmacy are staffed with great people, and the prices are as good as you will find anywhere.

Well they were out of the things that we needed most. But we thought we would buy something to eat before we got started shopping. So we ordered churros. No , don’t have. Ice cream machine broken. Icee Machine? broken. So we had hotdog combos. Mustard? No we don’t have any. What? OK so we decided to get a refund. So we went up to get a refund and then they decided to come out and open the cabinet and get the mustard out. Why can’t we expect good customer service these days? Why was there no chicken breast? Why was there no boxed mashed potatoes? That’s what we went there for is the mashed potatoes. But we still ended up spending over $300. But I have them posted on Facebook about our experience in the deli. Thank you

Do NOT USE THE TIRE CENTER. It’s a nightmare getting in for a repair or a simple rotation. Very horrible customer service as well.

PSA. I think I've cooled down enough to make this post, as I was a little upset to put it nicely. If you shop at Sam's be sure to check your receipt against posted price on their web site as tonight I was charged $1.79 per lb for a case of whole chicken's and it clearly states $0.94 per lb on the web site and they would not honor web site price. Rild them to refund the whole case and they can have it back (not exactly what I told them). Went to the local grocery store next door to Sam's and got the same brand of chickens for $1.19 per lb.

I used their gas pump last night and woke up to fraudulent online purchases. Discover notified me at 5am to an online Sam’s purchase for $703.58. Looks like a skimmer has been placed on one of the pumps.

This is on the behalf of my in laws . We only recommend Sam's because of the merchandise and prices. The staff is rude and not trained properly. My family and I have been shopping at Sam's for years and for years when you checked out you and your cart would go on the same side of the register now they want you to put the cart on one side, for a employee to unload, and the member goes on the other side.
