Called several time to inquire about a pick up.. no one ever answered the phone. It would be almost impossible to do business without communication.

Open at 7amVery nice people??Quick unloadingIts a warehouse ..just go near the fence door it will open automatically..then go all the way back of the building just follow dock numbers.. reach dock number 6 &7 .

Lady in the office was very nice, assigned me a dock, the dock personnel had me loaded with 55 pieces in 30 minutes and out the gate, room for 1 truck on the side of the driveway in front of the gate for overnight parking.

If you are a furniture store DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will be refunding your customers all the time cause they can't keep things in stock. And you will be doing partial refunds to keep people happy cause their shipping is so very slow.

Excellent loading time. Was checked in, at the dock, loaded, and back on the road within an hour. Office employees and loader were friendly and helpful to me. Thanks, y'all.

Great place. Picked up load here. To get here with tractor trailers take Wheeler Rd to Navy Rd to 6th St. You will see sign for shipping and receiving. If you take "I" St to 6th St you will have to make a sharp right turn. Shipping office by door#8. Staff is friendly. Got loaded in 30 min.

I love everything about riverside. They have great quality furniture. I have several pieces in my home and they have stood the test of time and children and grandchildren.
