Horrible service...took them 30 minutes to get one tire off the rim it took them 45 minutes while it's 17 degrees outside didn't offer to let me sit in side they had a metal hammer hitting on my rim which something you shouldnt do on top of they have no sign saying cash only so I had to give them my ID and drive to get them cash off my card...so for me and my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone

I think this tire shop has the friendliest helpers! This morning I had to get one of my tires patched and the help really did a good job and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He found the tiny nail in my tire and took good care of my problem!

Just wanted to think this company for their great service. They were so kind to bring me my tires from Springdale to Fort Smith and delivered them to my house. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Brung them 6 directional tires to put on they put all them tires on the same direction 3 where wrong directions 3 where right didnt even balance them either, I was in a rush & didnt check their work, these guys have poor experience with high end directional tires, ended up taking somewhere else to reinstall, I prolly wouldn't recommend if u have directional tires
