Amazing. My hip pain disappeared when I got my SAS shoes. I got one pair of tennis shoes. I ordered a pair of beautiful blue sandals. I will be getting all my shoes there from now on. The service was outstanding.

The only reason I gave this place one star is because ZERO stars is not available. Today, I was with my 8-year-old nephew on Garrison Avenue. We were waiting for the business next-door to open up. it was cold, it was raining, the wind was blowing, and my nephew desperately had to pee. He was doing the potty dance and about to cry because he was going to have an accident. We rushed into Rik’s Shoes as it was the closest door available. There was a lady and a gentleman, who both appeared to work there. I first explained to the lady that my nephew was desperate for a bathroom and asked if we could we please use theirs. She said “ Probably not“. I then asked the gentleman if he could please use the restroom before he has an accident. He told me there was a bathroom a few doors down at the state building. I asked him if he could please make an exception, and he refused.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I was with my 8-year-old nephew today, waiting for the door next to Rick’s Shoes to open up. It was raining, it was windy, and it was cold. This is the rudest place of business I have ever come in contact with. I called and asked about shoe stretching, and asked how long it would take? The man or woman (had a quieter voice) told me that he/she did not understand my question. I rephrased and said I was not familiar with the process--do I drop my shoes off and pick them up the next day or is it done while I wait? The person proceeded to tell me " I don't understand your question. You're asking a very difficult question. You're question is difficult. You're better off going to Duffys shoe repair!! GOOD DAY." and hung up in my face! I have no idea what is wrong with this business.

Never never buy shoes from this place. I have had two bad experiences when bringing back shoes for a refund. The first time I brought back a pair the old man said I saw these coming back. Well how rude. The second time I ordered a pair of shoes over the phone and talked to some woman. When I went to pick them up I tried them on and told her they were to tight and they will not work. Well she tried her best to stretch those shoes to where they would fit and I kept telling her no they were to tight. Well I finally got a refund but her comment on me was I was just impossible to work with.im sorry but I'm not buying uncomfortable shoes!

I used to be a die-hard fan of this shoe store and recommended it to quite a few friends but now if I could give them less than a single star I would. My feet are narrow in the middle and slim in the back and to top it off I am sometimes a 9 and sometimes a 9 1/2 so it's hard to find shoes that fit me just right. SAS's are my only solution for my narrow feet and since this store carries them my family and I (who share my feet woes) have all been customers for years buying eas
