I give it one star because i had no choice to gv no stars. The lady I spoke with was rude. Did not listen. I don't recommend them. Very snobby . It's sad how rude people are ,they are suppose to be professional. Companionate.i waslooking for a place to put my kids and kids dads dog down. She said do you bring your here I said no ma'am I'm ....., she cut me off talking over me saying well we don'tso that unless. I said ma'am I was asking a question. Very respectfully. She said well I answered it and I'm letting you know what you wanted to know. I just said I hope u have a wonderful day I appreciate you being so kind and caring taking a moment to listen. And hung up ,very RUDE

Normally don't go here, but my cat had a UTI! They took me in no problem, very nice staff, very nice doctor also would go again!

Called to get some information but the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I've been a technician and receptionist at very busy veterinary hospitals myself and no matter how busy you may be, you should ALWAYS be treating clients with respect and answer the phone with a smile willing to help. Even if you're busy and stressed out there is a polite way to explain that to someone without cutting them off multiple times.

Buddy felt great after being neutered. Best I've seen a dog after that surgery. Remer said it best, "he doesn't know anything happened, if you don't tell him, I won't."

This place is so rude. They don't even deserve 1 star but since they at least answered the phone. I called Sat about my cat's breathing and the woman immediately says we don't do that here. Aren't you a vet clinic?. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Remer is very good with my babies. He takes great care of them,and the price of his care is excellent. I would recommend him to anybody that has their babies and in needs of a great Veterinarian.
