I do not normally bank with Regions- Before anything, I was asked to come inside due to me not having an account with the bank.. which is completely understandable. I happily went into the lobby to cash my check. I showed my ID, the teller, named Naejah.. requested another form… so I showed not only one form, but 3 different approved forms of photo ID’s .. she then informed me that I would have to get my birth certificate even though I had shown 4 forms of approved photo ID’s at this point… she was very rude with the information. She would not give me a reasoning to why all of my ID’s would not be accepted.. very inappropriate, very unprofessional.

Rob Nann was extremely polite and professional. Met my reason for being at Regions and then more - I like this bank a great deal and will continue to bank with them - they have a nice 'footprint' in various states that make it easy to travel and go to Regions!!

Bit coins are only worth $8,603. Almost $10,000 more in fees??? COME ON, REALLY??? Most banks charge about $400.00 Shame on you, Regions!!!

Started our mortgage process out at Regions bank in Fort Smith, AR with Laura Waldroop. Everything started out fine until it came to Laura staying in contact with us. Fast forward 3 months and we’re still not closed and having to wait a week between responses. We switched to a different lender after getting fed up and her working on “priority customers” as if we weren’t priority. We switched to Firstar Bank and we’re closed in 21 days. I will never bank or use Regions for anything for the rest of my life, and I will always tell everyone I know NOT to use regions bank or recommend them to switch to another bank.

I have been with this bank for a few years. The lady who helped me open my account all ways knew me by name etc. First part of Feb I went in and talked with Paul because of him I am now a home owner. He/this bank has made me the happiest person in the world.

Their hours are 9-4. If you work from 8-5, I suggest taking your money elsewhere. They'll be sure let you know when you get there at 4:01 and they're closed.
